These are three logo concepts for a startup home design company. They provide three services: Remodeling, Real Estate, and Interior Design. The client wanted a clean, modern, timeless design. Left: This is a small, family-owned business. Their daughter's name means "elf". As a nod to her, I designed a modern take to a mushroom house to create something unique and personal to them. Middle: This triangle icon represents the three different services they provide, while showing the cyclical aspect of their business how each relate to each other. Right: A very simple keyhole in place of the letter "R" to symbolize what a key to a home means. Opening a door to new beginnings. One's personal space.
The client's final logo choice was the keyhole design. To keep the design neutral to reflect their personal style and design strategy I created a copper effect using a stock vector image.
This is a logo I designed for an after school program in Omaha, Nebraska. Building Dreams focuses on teaching STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. Their focus is to teach kids about careers in these fields and get hands on experience creating and building.
I created this design for a single photographer. She photographs different stages of life including babies, children, families, senior portraits, weddings, and more. She wanted something classic and timeless to reflect her business. The "L" icons are reflective of her personally and her photography. The cyclical motion illustrates the "circle of life" that she captures. For the color, I used a Bokeh lighting effect, which she often uses in her photographs.
Nall Avenue Baptist Church in Prairie Village, Kansas asked me to help them create three icons to represent their three core Mission Visions. Being a church I thought it would make sense to use 3 round images to reflect the christian belief of Trinity. The three symbols are as follows: Red - Transforming Lives, Yellow - Building Relationships, Blue - Impacting Communties (this is an outline of the front of their church).
These are four unique logo concepts I designed. This client was rebranding an existing logo. They purchased a vineyard in Ravenna, Nebraska with a loyal existing customer-base. The previous branding used a Blue Bird on their wine labels. They wanted use the same font from the previous logo and capture the essence of their unique experience. The vineyard overlooks beautiful scenic hills with a variety of wildlife to watch while sipping on a glass of Nebraska-made wine.
This logo design was created for a painter who specializes in faux finishing for businesses and homes.
These are two logo concepts I developed for Kaizen Wealth Advisors. The client's name: "Kaizen"; stems from a Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement of working practices, personal efficiency. The client chose the logo on the left as it had special meaning to them. They were a family of five, each of them with a name beginning with K.
These are three logo concepts I designed for Omaha Public Libraries' annual Mayhem in the Midlands Mystery Writers and Readers convention.
